Terms of Service

Effective date: July 10, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the Oncollegee platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you access Oncollegee through your employer or sponsoring organization, the agreement between Oncollegee and that organization also applies, and controls if the two conflict.

Accounts and eligibility

Accounts are created by invitation from an organization’s administrators. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at jed@oncollegee.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or access credentials with anyone else.
  • Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute platform content outside your organization’s authorized use.
  • Reverse engineer the platform or use it to build a competing product.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Content and intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design, and built-in training content, belongs to Oncollegee and its licensors. Training content your organization uploads remains your organization’s property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your organization’s internal training purposes.

AI-generated content

The coach’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence and grounded in your organization’s approved training content. They are provided for training and educational purposes only, may contain errors, and are not professional, medical, legal, or regulatory advice. Always verify important information against official sources and your organization’s policies.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and communicated to your organization.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oncollegee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the same extent, Oncollegee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and its total liability arising out of these terms will not exceed the amounts paid to Oncollegee for the platform in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

Your organization’s administrators may deactivate your account at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions) survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the agreement with your organization specifies otherwise.
